Why we built Onda.
Onda was born from a simple idea: that coeliacs and gluten-intolerant diners deserve more than a single safe item on a menu. They deserve a whole restaurant.
The name “Onda” means “vibes” in Spanish — and the place lives up to it, with its warm atmosphere, vibrant décor, and a Latin-inspired cocktail program that anchors every long lunch, date night, and group celebration.
